STEPS TO FOLLOW:
STEP 1 β Take your Luxpro thermostat OFF the wall
STEP 2 β You will witness a reset button present in black. It will be labelled as βHW RSTβ
STEP 3 β Keep pressing the button for 5 seconds and then release it
STEP 4 β The screen will populate for a few seconds

SOFTWARE RESET:
Before performing a software reset keep this thing in mind that this reset will clear all your set settings and will bring back your thermostat to its default mode. For cleaning first of all you need to remove the dirt present on the outer cover. Then remove the cover and start removing the dust from inner parts.
Take soft brush and remove the dirt from various parts carefully before jumping on to the other parts. Make sure you keep in mind all the safety instructions and avoid touching important parts without wearing safety gloves. Make this your practice to clean the thermostat often to maintain its efficiency.
WIRING CHECKUP:
Another troubleshooting method is checking the wiring of your thermostat. But first things first, you need to power off the main supply and then do further checking. Take off the thermostat from the wall and look if there are any loose wires present or not. If you witness any loose wiring or faulty wiring then it could definitely be the reason for the current issue.
